The British Museum’s Money and Medals Department seeks a new documentation assistant to digitally document its money and medals collections including ancient and modern coins, historical medals, tokens, paper money and other associated objects. The total size of the collection is 800,000 and the successful candidate will work across these collections creating and upgrading object records for publication to British Museum Collection Online. They will assist with public enquiries and develop specialist areas of research on the collection.
