The Byzantine Studies Conference is the Byzantine Studies Association of North America's annual forum for the presentation and discussion of papers on every aspect of Byzantine Studies and on related topics relevant to the field. Conference attendance is open to all, regardless of nationality or academic status.  

The 45th Annual Byzantine Studies Conference will be held at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, from Thursday evening October 17–Sunday afternoon, October 20, 2019.
