EATING

Breakfast and lunch will be provided provided the day of the conference (April 18).

The hotel is located in Coolidge Corner. Restaurants are within easy walking distance. If you are looking for snacks for your trip home, there is a Trader Joe’s at the corner of Beacon and Harvard.

HOTEL-CAMPUS SHUTTLE

The hotel will be running a shuttle between the hotel and campus the morning and evening of April 18. You will catch the shuttle in front of the hotel; it will drop you in front of the library where the conference is being held. The hotel van holds 7 people. It will make two trips in the morning and two trips in the evening. Please note the departure times for the second trips are approximate.

Should you miss the shuttle and need to get from the hotel to campus or vice versa, one local cab company is Brookline Red Cab (617-734-5000). The fare should be less than $10. It is possible to walk between the hotel and campus (about 45 min).

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT

MBTA (the T)
The most economical option. A CharlieTicket is $2.65. Maps, schedule, and trip planner are available at MBTA.com.

Take the MBTA Silver Line toward South Station. At South Station, switch to the Red Line toward Alewife. At Park Street Station, switch to the Green C Line toward Cleveland Circle. Exit the train at the Coolidge Corner stop. The walk to the hotel is about 5 minutes.

Shared Van
SuperShuttle does not require a reservation for airport pickups though they are recommended. The fare to Brookline is $32 (one-way).

Go Boston Shuttle is popular. It has a similar pricing structure. You must make a reservation ahead of time.

Cab
Depending on the traffic, the fare will be around $40.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION FROM AMTRAK (BACK BAY)

MBTA (the T)
Take the very short walk to Copley Station. Board the Green C Line toward Cleveland Circle. Exit the train at the Coolidge Corner stop. The walk to the hotel is about 5 minutes.
