Visibilité et présence de l’image dans l’espace ecclésial. Byzance et Moyen Age occidental is a series of four conferences exploring the relationship between images, texts, and architectural space. The series will bring together scholars working on the Byzantine East and Latin West to reflect on specific themes that emerge from the introductory study on 25 September 2015.

Conferences are scheduled for February 18, March 24, May 19, and June 16, 2016.
