Museum Specialist, Johns Hopkins Archaeological Museum

The Museum Specialist is responsible for providing access to the Johns Hopkins Archaeological Museum’s collection of ancient objects. The Museum’s collection includes nearly 9000 ancient objects and is used in teaching, research and exhibition by students and scholars across various disciplines as well as visitations by the general public. The Specialist’s responsibilities include cataloguing the museum collection and ensuring that it is physically safe and accessible; training and overseeing student staff; and developing and managing the digital assets of the museum, including digital images, website content and other digital tools.
